Schwarzkopf Fibreplex Review
So this few days i've been to schwarzkopf for a hair makeover. So, i'm not paid to advertise for them but i thought that this is really quite a good product so i'm sharing it here with you guys. So basically, my natural normal hair was bleached brown and tbh, i dyed my hair black before. If you are kind of a hair expert or in the hair industry, always doing your hair. There's a few standard things that you guys know, is that normally no salons will help you rebond bleached hair, and no salons will help you to dye hair that is dyed black before. They always want the VIRGIN hair, like whose hair is a virgin nowadays *rollseyes* No rebond, no bleach, never do anything before? Yeah, probably only secondary school students and before yes. But gradually after you graduate and all the recent crazy colour trends and lariche nowadays, the street is just filled with people of all weird hair colours.
I mean like seriously since i'm still a student before i get into banking industry or whatever formal job that requires me to look proper, like air stewardess or whatever, this is my last chance to do something crazy. So, a brief history of my hair is just bleached, dyed bleach, bleach, and then i always use lariche to change colour because lariche goes on any bleach hair and you'll immediately get the result, normally for red, green. But for pink, purple, ash grey and light colours etc you have to bleach it to white. So i'm honestly kinda worried about my hair condition since i've always abused my hair. If you ever go to Yun Nan they will help you microscope your hair condition and breakage. So i'm pretty worried that i'll go bald.
But i was invited to Schwarzkopf as a hair model for their new launch series. Seriously got no clue about anything there, but i was just told that they needed a bleach model. And the trainer promised to help me colour my hair to whatever colour i wanted to after the show. So the deal seems kind of good, so i just went straight up for it. I mean, after all i still had to bleach my hair no matter what cos it was too brown for lariche so why not?
This is me after 5 hours and 5 times of bleaching. Abit of yellowish, but compared to the before of many patches of different colours, at least my hair colour was finally even out.
On the actual day of the show. With the lighting, my hair looks white.
If you notice closely, you'll see different shades of light brown and white and you'll get what i mean.
Kinda got teased as a golden retriever ugh but whatever.
Did the wash after that. They were giving a brief lesson about the new product and how this new product called fibreplex is good for bleaching, it basically allows you to bleach your hair without spoiling your hair condition. As you know when you rebond or curl your hair, they'll always tell you chemistry about the breaking the bonds and fixing it and then maintaining the bonds, thats why hair can be so straight after rebonding. So, for bleaching, somehow this new technology of fibreplex works this way of helping you maintain your bonds so that there won't be any hair breakage after bleaching and you can try crazy colours. They did one side of my hair with fibreplex and the other side without, and then most of the people came up to pull my hair and try to pluck my hair. FML that feeling. But the side that has fibreplex is really elastic and it doesn't break that easily. But stilll........... PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON MY HAIR.
Finally after the show, i could do my crazy hair colour, i was told that they can't promise me like ash grey because of the uneven tone of my hair colour. And i understood. Cos i dyed black before, and the bleach couldn't get it off already.
But still, tada somehow managed to make bubblegum or candyfloss pink. And my hair condition is super good. Let the pictures do the talking.
Extremely happy with the result, just that i think my hair colour is a little too extreme, i get weird stares haha but you just got to be YOLO.
Loving my new hair.
So whats the difference between normal bleach and fibreplex? I've supposedly tried alot of bleaching in my entire life, even gatsby guys bleach, the strongest one and fastest one. But fibreplex is really good, the bleach acts really fast and my hair isn't even damaged or frizzy at all.
I can comb it and it won't break. Cos you're supposedly not to comb your hair too hard after bleaching unless you want alot of breakage. But with fibreplex its like woah seriously?
Too good to be true but yup, very honoured to be able to try this new technology. I'm not really promoting for it, but glad that i had the chance to try this. From what i heard, they are selling it to salons and they will paste stickers on the doors to say if they are using fibreplex. So if you happen to be going to a salon and is very rich, fibreplex really helps to save your hair condition.
My hair now is smooth and pretty, not curly and damaged or broken at all, and very straight. But still fibreplex is not a fairy godmother, if you really bleached your hair, do remember to put more conditioner and oils and hair mask to not let your hair be so dry. I believe after a few days my pink hair would be so pretty and soft. And even nicer when it grows longer.
And i just got to post this picture HAHA. My zhao pai hair flip + bitch face.
ENVY MY HAIR BITCHES AHAHA.
