Its The Ship 2016
So hi guys! I'm totally back from my 4d3n cruise trip on the royal carribbean. I totally stole this picture off instagram haha, and this is just exactly what's it like on the cruise. Have been wanting to go for this for a damn long time ever since after A-levels, but i didn't had a chance to, and i went for Shipsomnia earlier this year as a volunteer, but it wasn't really that fun depending on who you go with. So this november, i just got really lucky. Because as so called "freelance models" we have this group chat thing going on and someone posted on a totally free trip to this itstheship. Totally FREE without working at all. It's different when you work and when you party. There were like event girls working there selling cigarettes too but seriously, i think i deserve a break after so long of studying and working. So, i had received the confirmation email already, but unlike my friend who is very prepared for everything, i didn't check in 3 days before the cruise online, so i didn't get added on the system. I reached Marina port at around 2 when the ship left at 3 hahaha. And i even thought it was the Harbourfront harbour. So the staff took very long to handle the process, because many people like me, got added on to the system last minute too.
So we boarded the ship, started dressing up and starting the party. By the time we were prepared it was already late at night. I was at first abit hesitant to party. Because honestly i'm not really much of a party girl or an alcoholic, and i get socially awkward maximum when i'm sober, and my friend really likes to dance, so i'm just very much being a pole in the middle of a hyper crowd of crazy drunk people. REALLY REALLY AWKWARD.
The first night was awesome, because we as girls, we just sat down by the jaccuzzi, lots of guys approached us with drinks. And we were still worrying that we wouldn't have any alcohol that would totally spoil the night. But it was really rabak and happening, within a few hours till like 1-2am i think we were running around the cruise like crazy bitches and doing really stupid embarrassing things. Totally a sleepless night until 4-5am. Gosh.
Then i went to walk around alone on the second day since my friend was still badly hangover as she puked LOL. It was drizzling so i didn't try the outdoor sports at all. So sad. But the main point is the buffet, unlimited food. But i think everyone honestly take and take and wasted alot of food. The food wasn't as good as the previous time when i went for royal carribbean cruise around 4-5 years ago. And even the fine dining wasn't really up to standard, it was just so-so, look very fine dining, but doesn't taste as good. Honestly think Shipsomnia was better, but since i'm having it free i shouldn't complain much right haha.
Totally fat these 4 days, eating non-stop and wasting food, feel so sinful. Went to the gym and running track was awesome. The feeling of running on a running mill on a cruise is just exhilarating, because the cruise is super bumpy and you'll keep going bobbing up and down, and when it's on the running track with club music, just totally motivated to keep running for 30mins straight. They have hot steam, sauna and jaccuzzi too.
The one we went on was Mariner of the seas. And one of the friends i got to know on the cruise said that there was actually this cruise that had surfing and a birds eye view of the ocean and ship. And i thought it was ours, damn. So disappointing. But it would be really cool to surf on a ship.
Went for ice skating show, was quite nice watching the performers. But abit disappointed, because i thought there was actually a legit ice skating rink for people to ice skate in, but it's just inline skating, the ice skating rink was closed the whole time.

We reached Penang day 2.
And they had a trishaw to bring us to the party location. Which was all just pubs, bars and clubs. Honestly, abit disappointed because i was expecting a beach or something. In shipsomnia, we went to some hatyai or something. But the only difference between shipsomnia and itstheship is that, itstheship its mostly asians, although there's still caucasians. And everything is more affordable, like they do sell alcohol bottles on the ship for like 30usd. And the food is affordable, in RM in the party location. Whereas for shipsomnia, majority are caucasians because the organizer is a caucasian, and the breezer they sell are like for 10usd, which is impossible to get drunk with, And at the party locations, the food is like 10usd for a hotdog, 10 usd for a beer, 10 usd for a corn cup that kind of shit which is really expensive to me.
Itstheship, mostly all are youths around my age 20+ and really clubbers. But its really wild and you see people dry humping each other, really sexual. One guy even put a leggit sausage at his pants and swiped his 'sausage dick' at us like seriously *rolls eyes*.
On the last day of the ship, housekeeping knocked at our door and gave us this. To be honest, we didn't order any alcohol but didn't know who the hell send this to us. WOAH. We brought the tequila and somehow exchanged it for a super large bottle of absolute vodka then i remembered myself pouring lots of that shit into some guys mouth and run away hahaha. Totally fun night but after i got drunk i just went back to the room myself, because i'm attached i don't think i wanna play so big ahaha. It's like there's super many hot guys, especially hot guys with six pack, and those that can twitch the boobs one is totally my thing. But i miss my guy who's not here. So sigh, just go back and sleep alone, and left all my single girlfriends hunting hahaha. Too old and tired to party, once i'm drunk i just run back and sleep one, it's what i always do, run to my guy's arms haha. So sorry i'm the uncool bitch LOL.
Most of the people party 24/7 everyday on the ship, i don't know how they fucking do that, but maybe i'll do that if i pay 4k to know lots of hot chicks internationally. Basically if you are single and wanna pick up chicks, it's the totally best place. Everywhere you go you get so easily and conveniently picked up. Damn. But i just have no thing for the hi-bye what stays on the ship its the ship thing. I rather hang with my boyfriend.
So, i just checked out today, whole trip i just paid the gratitude of 38.80usd which after plusplus is 57sgd. Quite heartpain to actually touch my wallet, haha. But since its the buffet, it's really quite worth it. Because i'm very thrifty person, when all my friends take cab i always take public transport one. But quite fun la tbh. Just that i drink until i keep coughing and aggrevating my cough even worse now. So back to reality. No jobs for the next 2 months, boyfriend is away for a month in China so fucking lonely and i don't know how to converse in a long distance relationship when i don't even know how to communicate with him when he is in Singapore, probably going for an interview tomorrow to find something to do, or go on another budget getaway to Kuala Lumpur. And guess what, i finally got my sim card to Malaysia, suddenly everything seems so accessible now, i can go anywhere and everywhere i want, unlimitness possibilities. Just wish he is back soon. So bye guys, thats basically my boring post of the ship. Didn't take much photos because i would rather enjoy the fun than capture the fun. But if you really never have experienced partying on the ship or tomorrowland kinda shit, you should go sign up as a volunteer or something for Shipsomnia. So bye for now!
